Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction
We believe that every Mina Heritage piece should bring a sense of quietude to your daily rituals. However, if a piece does not resonate with your space as expected, we are here to assist you with a seamless return process.
Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must include all original collateral (certificates, care cards, etc.).
Due to the extremely fragile nature of our ceramics, items must be returned in their original custom-engineered, shock-absorbent packaging. Returns sent in non-original packaging that result in transit damage will not be eligible for a refund.
A Note on Handcrafted Variations
Before initiating a return, please remember that our ceramics are handcrafted using natural materials and traditional firing techniques. Slight variations in glaze hue (such as our signature celadon), subtle texture differences, and the natural evolution of crackle patterns (开片) over time are intentional characteristics of authentic Ru ware. They are not considered defects, but rather the unique fingerprint of the artisan who shaped them.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email our Client Care team at care@minaheritage.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions to our closest regional return hub.
- Carefully repackage the item in its original box and drop it off at the designated courier within 7 days of receiving the RMA.
Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our studio, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note: Original shipping costs and any import duties or taxes paid upon receipt are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent).
Damaged or Defective Items
While every order undergoes rigorous quality control and specialized packing, damages in international transit can rarely occur. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and the original packaging. We will prioritize sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized meditation objects.
- Items marked as “Final Sale”.
- Gift cards.
