Processing Time

True craftsmanship cannot be rushed, and neither can its safe journey. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for our team to meticulously inspect and securely package your items before they are dispatched. During peak holiday seasons or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Furthermore, all our pieces arrive in signature gift-ready packaging, reflecting the feminine oriental aesthetics of our brand, making them perfect for gifting to yourself or a loved one.

International Shipping Options

We proudly ship worldwide. To ensure the safe and timely arrival of your ceramics, we partner with trusted global couriers (such as DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the volumetric weight of the securely packaged items.

• Standard International: Typically arrives within 7-14 business days after dispatch.
• Express International: Typically arrives within 3-7 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not account for potential customs delays in the destination country.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Mina Heritage ships all international orders on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that product prices displayed on our website are exclusive of all taxes and duties.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the exact amount of these charges, as they vary widely by country. If an order is refused due to unexpected customs fees, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Tracking & Insurance

Every shipment is fully tracked and insured against transit damage. If your piece arrives damaged despite our rigorous packaging standards, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and the original packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
